Faye was really the reason for this 5 star review- the cabinets are great, just what I wanted in the laundry room but Faye was so creative and easy to work with that the whole experience was delightful. She went out of her way to design something functional, attractive, yet within our budget.

We had a solid experience with Erin and California Closets. Her knowledge of the products and the design capabilities really add to the experience. We asked more questions - she provided additional information and a prompt response. The construction time was very prompt. They are very busy and even the later revisions were all done quickly. Merrick, our designer, was AMAZING! She maximized our closet space and made suggestions we would never have thought of. The install team was polite and professional. I would not use anyone else for my storage needs. Some may think the price is too high but it is not considering the excellent design and quality of the product. Our experience with California Closets was exceptional and Merrick was the best.

Jennifer at CC was incredible. She came over, looked at the space, really listened to what we wanted and had the best ideas. The team was professional throughout the entire process and I appreciated them checking in on me before, during, and after the build. After having an unfortunate series of events with another company, I was especially grateful for their customer service and reliable product. I couldn't recommend CC more!
