We had a solid experience with Erin and California Closets. Her knowledge of the products and the design capabilities really add to the experience. We asked more questions - she provided additional information and a prompt response. The construction time was very prompt. They are very busy and even the later revisions were all done quickly. Merrick, our designer, was AMAZING! She maximized our closet space and made suggestions we would never have thought of. The install team was polite and professional. I would not use anyone else for my storage needs. Some may think the price is too high but it is not considering the excellent design and quality of the product. Our experience with California Closets was exceptional and Merrick was the best.
Jennifer at CC was incredible. She came over, looked at the space, really listened to what we wanted and had the best ideas. The team was professional throughout the entire process and I appreciated them checking in on me before, during, and after the build. After having an unfortunate series of events with another company, I was especially grateful for their customer service and reliable product. I couldn't recommend CC more!
I had a very pleasant experience with California Closets from Merrick to the individuals that installed our master closet. ALL were very professional. The company sent friendly reminders, which was appreciated. The closet is perfect. I would recommend Merrick and California Closets to anyone looking for this type of service.
I was completely amazed at the work a single person could do in two days. Wonderful work and a great person. Highly recommended.
