We experienced terrible customer service from California Closets and their team. We’ve been without electricity in our closet for almost 3 months now. No one will resolve the problem. No one can make a decision on how to fix it, and they will not communicate with us except to say that they’re working on it and someone will get back to us. Meanwhile, we have to continually follow up for resolution.. I do not recommend this company or their service team.

Love our new closet! This is my first California Closet project but it won't be my last. I made several changes from our initial appt to installation day but Lauren helped me every step of the way. Thank you for my beautiful new space.

I did get estimates and preliminary designs from four other companies. And when a decision was to be made it was a combination of the price and the design that wa... read more

From the design to the installation, it was a great process. Everyone we worked with was professional and understood what we wanted. It turned out better than we hoped!
