We had a great experience with California Closets and highly recommend. Lauren Seamans was our designer and brought our vision to life. The install was professional and seamless. Our reach in closet before and after is amazing.
We have been CC customers for over 30 years. CC has done closets in all of our homes except for one. I feel CC has become way to corporate and has lost the local touch that the other local closet provider gave us. Scheduling with CC difficult and is centered around what works best for them and not for the customer. Support after installation is a black hole. The product is still good, but other providers have similar products with a local touch and follow up.
We just moved into our Marietta house and the master closet was empty walls and one sad rack. California closets designed a full custom in the new desert agave green with brushed gold hardware— it is perfect. Soft, grounded, not trendy. The installers were outstanding. Careful with a still-unpacked house, precise and fast work, left it perfectly clean, and treated the space like it mattered. Highly recommend.
This was such a refreshing experience. From my 1st interaction with Lauren in the design phase, to Daniela with scheduling, Chris with the walk through and the install with Mike and Jeff, everything went soo smoothly and seamlessly. From those dreaded builder grade white wire shelves to a functional pantry and laundry area. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. I have love for both areas, but I have to say, after Jeff and Mike left, I stood in the doorway of my pantry (that has soo much space, I have no idea what to do with )... read more
