She welcomes absolutely everyone. Her team is positive, organized, yet very respectful & private. We know each person by name & give credit to their important role's individually. I enjoy going into the office, it feels like going home. A previous comment mentioned a small waiting room. The size of the premises is quite deceiving. My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and her team, and we intend to visit them again to discuss their assistance with a future pregnancy. Could not be happier with Dr. Arnold and her team.
The Doctor came highly recommended to us, and we are very thankful for the referral we received to her. We were not an easy case because we have complications to deal with that extend beyond fertilization that provided risk to our process. The Doctor was very careful and concerned, provided great advice, supported her advice with mathematical facts, always consulted our other physician and ultimately succeeded in getting us pregnant. Our baby was born July 9 of this year and we could not be happier.
My wife and I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service, care and ultimately result (successful pregnancy) provided by the doctor and her team. Not sure about the person who talks about 5 seats in the waiting room, they have at least 3 offices that I know of (2 at the same medical complex in Encinitas alone) and a third in San Diego. People fly to see the Doctor from all over the world.
I wish there were more stars to give the Doctor and her staff! At every single appointment the doctor went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed. I felt she always had 110% of our best interest and genuinely listened and cared every step of the way! Marlena, the IVF coordinator, is absolutely amazing as well. Being a donor for them twice was the greatest experience, recently having another cycle through a different office I realized what a difference in staff. The office is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention so on top of if you need anything. They make you feel as if you are a part of a family not just the next one to come in. If I could recommend any of the 3 clinics I have been to this one would definitely be my first choice.
Marlena, their ivf coordinator, is awesome and always on top of things. You're in good hands with this boutique like reproductive medicinal center. You'll never feel like "just a number" or "just another patient". Their nurses make you laugh and feel at ease. Best place to go if you're looking to start a new family! Or even help another couple create a family.
"Love everyone in this office! Dr.Arnold & her entire staff are amazing. They make you feel like you are family. Everyone knows you by name & greets you with a smile when you arrive.
