A couple of bad power outages degraded my old alarm system so I called California Built In Systems to see what could be done. Ken Fogg came over and walked the property with me and we discussed solutions. Within a day, he emailed me a complete prospectus with various options. I had a speaker jutting out of the ceiling because of the broken dog legs. This is not something you would find at a Home or a Lowe's, you have to call the manufacturer. But they won't sell this part separately. That's where California Built-ins stepped in and ordered the part for me shipped it at no cost. I am grateful for them going out of their way to assist, so much so that not only will I come back for any replacement or repairs of my speaker system, but I will also recommend your company to family and friends.
