Very fast response but did not read my questions before replying. Decided not buy here.
In process of getting a used car from this dealership and Mark Milan is my salesman there and he’s been fantastic. Even though an out of state sale is a pain for dealships, he has been incredibly helpful. Hopefully we will have this purchase done in the next few days.
Didn’t get the car but the people I dealt with were responsive and courteous. No complaints and no pressure.

very helpful, provided all the info I would have asked for, In the end I purchased a similar car at a similar price from a local dealer the night before I was scheduled to make the long drive from Northridge to Costa Mesa. This was A CPO which theirs was not.

A representative from the dealer reached out to me (Todd) and did not have a car that that was looking for. Three days later they contacted mw and sent photo's and an electronic brochure of a vehicle that may interest me. I explained that I was only shopping and that I recently had surgery and that I was not yet driving. Todd was very polite and thankful that I had looked at vehicles on their website.
