Worst place i ever been in my life. Try to avoid this place if you can. You will waste your time, money and nobody will care about you.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at California Back and Pain Specialist. This place is a total scam. They do NOT care about treating your pain or helping you in any way – all they seem to care about is getting your money. During my visit, I saw no real effort to diagnose or treat my pain. The doctor barely listened to my concerns, rushed through the appointment, and didn't provide any meaningful advice or treatment options. Absolutely deplorable behavior from staff. Shady business practices especially from Flor the office manager, and also Elder. You will be lied to and given the run a round saying it's not their problem. You know when they cut corners in the office, it trickles down to the ORs and patient care. I would not trust them, nor this facility that decides to employ such people.
