I took my Toyota Camry 2011 for rotation and balance, the balance wasn’t good so I took it back again for the second time, balance still not good so now I have to take it again for the 3 time. Also it happened with my work truck I took it back 3 times for the same problem. I noticed they have too many costumers and the employees are working way too fast, they don’t take the time to do the job, I guess they don’t want to lose all the costumers who are waiting in the lobby
Good and honest people. Come here all the time no issues. Very happy with there work. I highly recommend California Auto shop for your repair need.
Good for my car
Took my truck in because have had the ABS & Brake light go on intermittent for a few years. I have used this shop before for other repairs and are basically satisfied. Shop tried to use a code reader to diagnose the problem, but no codes came up. I spoke with a friend that has a similar truck and he said he replaced the ABS controller on his truck and it fixed the problem. I mentioned this to CAS and also looked around for the part.
