Max and Andrew took care of my first new car purchase for my family. No surprises, and exactly what we talked out on the phone. Front desk was also very nice and accommodating. Visited them, and bought same day after other 3 dealerships had wasted a week of my time, and a lot of headaches. These guys deserve 5 stars.
Look. Dealerships can be known to be shady organizations, but this one almost tells you straight to your face that they plan to screw you. Regardless, they are very slow and are awful at communicating with you. I had a fairly significant engine/trans issue with my car, that they were repairing. They literally never once reached out to provide any sort of update. A week at a time would go by, no update unless I called in. Took SIX weeks before my car was repaired. Then, still had issues.
