Bought a used mini van from them about a month ago. In the first 2 weeks door stopped working. Tried to get a hold of the Service Manager as it was covered under the 60 day warranty. Could not get a hold of the Manager. Horrible at communicating, do not recommend purchasing from this dealer.
I drove about 90 minutes to see a Honda Ridgeline that was listed online as a CarGurus "Great Deal." The advertised price was thousands of dollars below comparable Ridgelines and was the main reason I made the trip. Tried getting information on a truck for 6 days from a sales rep at this dealership only to find out they sold the truck on the 6th day all while never getting us the info we requested.
