CAR Board of Directors today voted on a parallel route for achieving certain goals by proposing to set aside the Property Tax Fairness ballot initiative set for the November 2018 election to the March 2020 election. You raise your dues and go beyond what your function in life is. You are a monopoly and that is un-American. If you raise dues it should be solely to make better products for your REALTORS. Maybe more of your products should be free instead of fees for your members.
Your website is down again... Maybe less lobbying and few more dollars to the IT department?
I am sick and tired of paying dues and not having the site work and being bombarded with advertising. This is a working site and I resent having all the advertising shoved down my throat. I would understand it if it was free to me. It's not. I pay extra to internet TV providers so I don't have to see their advertisements. As far as I am concerned I pay dues not see that stuff EVERY time I log in. It also slows the site down which in turn is my time and my time is valuable to me and my clients......
