It doesn't appear "Realtors" have a say in the California legislature. First rent control and now a ban on single-family zoning. During my 30 years in real estate, the Realtor health insurance plans have always been more than my individual policy with the same company. Since I never saw a reason to be a Realtor, can I please have my tens of thousands in membership and in-lieu fees back? Thank you.
