Tatiana at Calico Corners in Hoover is lovely! She is so knowledgeable and has helped me make my house just the way I wanted it. She is clear, concise, works within my budget, and an all-around fantastic decorator and person!
I've ordered multiple window shades from this location. Although some of the people working there are great, my last experience was disappointing. After receiving a defective roman shade, it took months to correct the problem and get a new one. In the end the factory stood behind their work, but the process was long and tedious.
I had not been here in years but needed pillows recovered. Just happene to go during a major sale. I still cannot believe the level of attention,patience and helpfulness of the women. I have no decorating talent so Jeanne stayed patiently with me through 4 days of my checking out fabrics swatches and nail biting with indecision. She never rolled her eyes! Outstanding customer service. Went in looking for window treatment fabric. We were assisted right away, including interior design advice. We didn't end up finding the right fabric the first trip out, but will go back. They let you take home large fabric swatches to test.
cool place so many fabrics. The interior designers were nice as well. Location was an ok place. I would return for a project for certain.
Overpriced!!! Worst service!!!
