Excellent help.
Beware - I wish we had read the reviews ahead of time, dumb on our part. They were so convincing up front that everything would be done quickly by their "workshop" We called weekly for updates, never heard back even when their manager repeatedly said she would call me back. I finally had to go into the store. Everything they repeatedly blamed on "the workshop" and took no ownership for it being their production staff. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the 2 cushions look good after 3+ months
Beware!! Over 5 months to get 12 outdoor cushion covers made. They get your credit card and seem to forget about you. I was constantly following up trying to get answers....they continually blamed the 'workshop' for being slow and not answering their emails etc. Eventually I was told that due to the delay I would be compensated, (either Cindy or Christine said this) seems just another lie. Kind and helpful initially but a simple standard bench seat projected to take “8-10 weeks” has taken over 3 months... and Im STILL waiting for it to be completed. I was contacted once that my bench seat was in and ready to be picked up which confused me since I was paying extra to have the custom bench installed by their workroom. I was then told it would take two more weeks… 3 weeks ago. Very nice place, ladies are really sweet and knowledgeable about their products and services. Their line of upholstered furniture is top quality and come beautifully upholstered in your custom choices of style, fabrics and trims. Worth the trip to Buckhead!
