We booked this service for a proper clean ahead of an important inspection, but it was a complete letdown. Despite paying $209 — including an extra charge for the glass back doors — they were never touched. The most frustrating part is that we had to redo the cleaning ourselves after long work shifts, staying up late into the night just to meet inspection standards. Extremely poor cleaning service. We paid $209, including extra for the glass back doors — they were never cleaned. A dirty cloth was left in the cupboard under the bin, the floors were still filthy, the stove was still dirty, and the sinks were left unclean. The place genuinely looked cleaner before the cleaner arrived. We only received a $50 refund, but the entire amount should have been refunded.
