There should be a negative rating option any way ... Very disappointed with this management. I have been struggling for a long time to get repairs done for my front door area and driveway, but nothing has been addressed. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issues, management keeps making false excuses and delaying the work. As a unit owner, my experience with this company and James has been pretty solid overall. Communication is usually quick, the property is kept in good shape, and issues are handled without too much hassle. Definitely appreciate the effort that goes into managing the townhouse complex since it’s not an easy job.
As a commercial unit owner, I’ve personally had a really positive experience with this property management company. They’re very knowledgeable and clearly have a lot of experience.
I wanted to leave a negative rating, but that option is not available. My experience with this company has been unacceptable. Communication is extremely poor—emails are consistently ignored, including multiple messages sent to James Liu and the general admin and accounting email addresses. Funds were deducted abruptly after I set up a PAP, and due to the company’s own mistake, I had to wait several months for a cheque. Even then, the reimbursement was not for the full amount.
