Service manager Anna was especially attentive and made sure everything was handled properly, while Milen followed up to ensure all details were addressed. Their dedication to customer service made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.
We had a great experience with the Customer Care and Service team. The Customer Care and Service manager Anna was extremely helpful during our PDI and 30 days inspection. She was punctual, knowledgeable, transparent, coordinated very well with different teams and continued to provide support even after the delivery.
