Great service and finished right on time even with an ice storm closing things down for several days
FANTASTIC!!!!! I wanted to give a shout out to Chase Bethune who is a service advisor in the North Richland Hills Caliber Collision Center. We live in Arkansas, and I was visiting my kids in Texas and had an accident in North Richland Hills. There were no injuries, but the vehicle was not drivable. We had the car taken to Caliber for repair. My experience here was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone from the first encounter there I didn’t like there customer service neither did I like how I was spoken too instead of being quick and easy to get my car taken to the back I waited for over 30 minutes until I was finally helped and then when I actually did speak to someone there words were very distasteful this place for only worried about making quota and taking my money from me from the start rather than trying to help and make sure my car was se... read more
