I recently had my 2025 Toyota Crown Signia repaired at Caliber Collision after a deer collision. At the beginning of the process, the communication was a bit rocky and that made me nervous since my vehicle is brand new and has a complicated pearlescent paint color that I was very concerned about matching. Great quality repair work - restored my car to fresh factory condition. They also did a great job of communicating with my insurance, very seamless process on my end. Repairs were pricy (reasonable given the quality of repair), so proper insurance is highly recommended if you come here. My 2 week completion estimate became more like 3.5 due to waiting for parts, but they did communicate updates pretty consistently.
