I had a frustrating experience here. The representative I spoke with immediately started making assumptions about my car without actually inspecting it. He claimed the bumper was fake and repainted just by looking at it, without checking anything underneath or asking questions about my concerns. When I tried to explain the issue, I was repeatedly talked over and not given the chance to fully speak. SO happy with the repairs and overall process! This is the second car I’ve had to send to Caliber. I’ve communicated with the General Manager, Nicholas, both times and extremely thankful for his attention to detail and helping with insurance! Raymond jumped in and provided me with frequent updates, getting insurance what they needed on-time and my car was done the exact day they said it would be. 10/10 definitely recommend!
Kris was exceptional!! He was extremely helpful in keeping us updated on repairs amd status of my vehicle. He was able to answer ALL my questions. He really cares about his job and it shows! ***** 5 stars for Kris @ Caliber (N. FTW)
