Brought my NC Miata in for a fender repair after someone tore it off in a parking lot. It came back a couple weeks later looking good as new. Staff were all super friendly and professional. The damage wasn’t structural, and they took care not to over-estimate so my insurance wouldn’t total it over something silly. Outstanding quality on the repair and customer service!
Initially I was very pleased with the level of communication and logistics involved in getting our car repair. Unfortunately, however, I became much more dissatisfied with this auto shop upon pick up of the vehicle after repairs. Although the general auto body repairs were done well upon pick up, within 1 mile of leaving the shop, we realized there was an indicator light telling us we had low pressure in a rear tire.
