I was pleasantly with my service. My estimate was spot on. The girl as the desk was great having the paperwork ready and calling for my rental car. They also called to update frequently on any progress or set backs. Also, the car was cleaner than when I dropped it off inside and out.
Extremely professional. Kept me updated at all times. Finished repairs ahead of their projection. Work was excellent . Staff was very courteous. Walked me through in detail all work that was performed.
I had a great experience with Caliber...Great work, great communication and they even detailed it! Quick return time for my car and even cleaner than when I dropped it off!
