right top of tailgate not aligned, left hinge bent, left body of tailgate bowing out right side 4" from bottom bowing out, lift gate seals right/ left no glue, right quarter panel paint cracked.

ad a accident and insurance recommended them ...after a year paint is chipping off the front of my Cadillac ...the hood was replaced and the paint is dull and rough to the touch( like real grainy)... I guess they didn't want to use clear coat on any of it (probably why paints chipping off) so its super dull and looks awful ..So now I have moved to Ohio and am going to have to take it to be redone and pay for it so That's not cool and not happy about That!
