I am writing this after trying to get an estimate this morning after my diesel truck was hit by another driver, not at fault. If service improves, I will update my review though. When my husband walked in nobody was at the desk so he rang the bell and waited. Which is understandable, it was around 8am. Shout out to Chris who went above and beyond with helping me with my vehicle this last time. The communication was great, he ordered some special parts we needed and repaired the vehicle quickly. I would definitely recommend this Caliber and will come back. Thank you!!
Cody is knowledgeable. He was able to help me with my car. He identified a safety issue that was over look on a previous repair.
When other shops could only fit us in a month later Caliber started on my car right away. They kept me informed and made me a happy customer! Micheal and the shop always went above and beyond. Now it drives like a dream
