Had very good experience with Caliber, everything was smooth,like new car never hitted before
Absolutely awful. my insurance sent my car here after an accident and the first time they said my car was ready the visors were falling off, airbag lights were on, and the car was a mess. When I get my car the second time the drivers side mirror is smashed to pieces, the steering wheel has a slash through it , car is still a mess, and my mats are covered in some glue or paint. They kept me informed every step of the way, delivered on time and finished with a thorough run down of the repairs and providing information on what to do should any problems arise.
