Fast and Efficient After knocking off the side mirror on my car, I took it to Craig's. They provided a written estimate and gave me a time line for the repair to be completed. Not only did they complete the job faster than originally anticipated, they saved me money on labor and parts by using parts already available rather than opening brand new parts that I didn't need. I found the front office people to be very professional and efficient. They really were a pleasure to work with.
Very satisfied with my repair I am very satisfied with my repair and will certainly use your facility again and recommend it to my friends. I want to commend Jarrett Fisher for his professional approach and attention to detail in the estimate and the repair of my vehicle. Lisa Wolf is also an asset as she remembers peoples names and is very professional in her duites. It is a pleasure to deal with your people at Craig's Collision Center in Ft. Worth.
Quantity not Quality This is my first time writing a review, and it's not a very good one. well my father inlaw took his car to get fixed cause some careless driver backed up into his car and drove off. Kudos! I recently had my vehicle in your shop for repairs due to an accident. Scott Graham was the person who helped me and I really feel that you should know that he is a GREAT person, made all this smoother than I expected. Great place to go. In July of 2009 I ran over a truck tire in my 2003 VW Beetle. My insurance company recommended Craig's on Beach Blvd for the repair. The plastic front bumper, radiator, condensor, and a bunch of stuff under the car was messed up, even the floor pan was bent up! I looked at the under side of the car on the lift before and after and when they were done it looked brand new under there!
