Seems like they just didn't want to do the job like they weren't looking for the work they were more interested in telling me I didn't have an appointment to get an auto body assessment didn't you even try to make appointment the next day it just seems like I was wasting their time
Great customer service and body work. I used Caliber Collision after a fender bender, as they were in network with my insurance company. They were very communicative and tried to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I worked with Dalton and several other employees throughout the process. I would recommend this place for body work and a stress-free experience!
Spoke with Leo. This is a great shop. They really do take care of their customers even if an issue arrises from a repair that’s not necessarily their fault. I have a Mazda and the cheap plastic around the wheel well and fenders are very insecurely attached and are prone to come off with wind etc. Manager Leo is very understanding and a great communicator. Spoke with another manager today 7/11 - Extremely professional and pleasurable interaction. Highly recommend this shop.
