I took a chance on this location after my accident and am so glad I did. Customer service was great and my car looks brand new. Rene was awesome and updated me with texts throughout the entire process. During a busy holiday week, he was flexible when my pickup timing was a little tight, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly and I’d definitely come back.
I’ve been to Caliber twice this year and each time I have had a great experience. They are beyond professional and provide updates throughout the entire process. Layla and Cody are great service advisors and the GM (Chris) is also great. Highly recommend this location for body work!
