Do not use Caliber Collision. I dropped off my car for repairs and was told it would take approximately one week. I contacted Caliber after 10 days for a status and was told that the work had not been started.
I went to get a quote on a door dent and Edgar could not have been nicer. He was very honest about the cost of my repairs, and he even used a cleaning product to remove some of the discoloration at no charge to me. I will definitely return to Caliber Collision for future repairs.
I had an excellent experience with Calibur Collision. They were professional and handled my car with ease and kept me informed along the way and the car was ready before they said it would be. I would definitely use them again for any future car repairs.
