5 Star : My Experience Had front end damage to my Audi A6. The parts were ordered but upon disassembly found other damage. The parts had to be ordered but would take 2 weeks to arrive from Germany. They assembled the new parts so it looked like new. They did say the front grill needs an attachment part to be perfect but it really looks terrific. The car needs some final calibration but they got me back safely on the road. A rental car would have cost me 600 to700 dollars. Great customer service service!
