Excellent service and great customer service
Came for alignment but full inspection was made without my permission. Inspection Was made wrong, they said that rear tires in bad condition and suspension need to be repaired but is they would ask me they would now that I just made tire rotation and installed front tires to rear axle. Tried to sell not requested/required services. Great customer Service! They took care of me quickly and efficiently. I have a lifted truck on 35’s and they handled a puncture. RECOMMENDED!! Addition: 10/27/25 Did I mention RECOMMENDED!! Always honest and shoot straight with work arounds if possible! Had an uninsured motorist hit me straight on in the back wheel, ended up pushing my axel and assembly in! Truly exceptional service. Never have I had an experience that didn't make me want to leave screaming when it comes to car service ... until today. I only wish I had caught their names so I could thank them more personally, but not to worry, I will be sure to learn them when I give them my business again. It was a Friday, and it took me 3 1/2 hours to get a state inspection on two cars. A guy walked in and asked how long a wait for an oil change...2 hours. He walked out. Most employees were at lunch, all but one. This place is managed HORRIBLY right now! Ummm...hint...stagger the lunch breaks to keep providing good service to the customers 😉.
