This particular Sun Auto location on Basswood is the best! Top notch employees and management. I went there for a state inspection and I was treated like gold. I didn't even have to get out of the car. Their waiting room is very nice. The technicians and staff here are very knowledgeable.
Got a coupon last week for an oil change and when I got there it was 10 bucks more. I was already there so I paid for it. I usually take 2 of my cars there. Felt like it was bait and switch. Will be going elsewhere next time.
It’s was good fast service. Perfect place to stay for a wait time . Free candy. Play area for kids . Big boys fancy car magazines . Superb service . Thanks
Went in to have headlamp changed. Expected to take shuttle back home & come back when ready but the manager said, no need as they can get it done in 10 mins! They checked my other headlamp as well & confirmed was good. Thanks
