I thought the service I received was fast and efficient. They greeted me shortly after arriving and got me in the lane to get started on the oil change. From start to finish it went pretty quickly. My takeaways- They could have spoken about the process, the oil being used and the expected wait time. I also think that the advisor assisting me could have introduced themselves. The other thing is that they should have informed me about how much oil my car needed and what the cost would be.
It was excellent service, free water bottles, customers making conversation as well doing their job swiftly and efficiently.
The staff was friendly and gave details. I purchased a Groupon that was to cover oil 5 qts and filter 109.99 value. The receipt is hard to read but the numbers did not add up. Wasnt a big difference but would be nice if the receipt was easier to follow.
