Customer service was excellent from the person doing the paperwork to the guy who had to drop/pick me up.
Literally the ONLY place I will go for auto care. Susan has been through the ringer with me and my Chevy Tahoe that apparently was sold to me by satan himself, and she had made the entire experience easier to handle and has helped to assure me that I'm not crazy. She listens and genuinely cares to correct the problems at hand. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of and trust that my vehicle is in great hands here.
