Just awful! The atmosphere is so bad! The rudest place I have been!
The worst experience ever!!! My little girl loves getting her nails done. She is 6. Three of us came in to get both Mani/pedi. The man recommended us all get the gel nail polish, which is what we normally get. We all agreed. Well, apparently the man forgot that he sold us on the gel polish, and became very aggressive with the girl zelma who was in the process of doing our nails. The employees are rude and disrespectful. I've never had a problem with the women employees. but the guys are so rude, except like one. I take my step daughter to get her nails done pretty often, and one or two times they about cut her finger off, then today this time, they have these table covers on the tables and one fell from behind me off the table, and I was beside my step daughter and they said I broke it, when they should have had it drilled down because even if you hit the table a little bit, the plastic cover moves.... read more

the guy did my nails never pushed back cuticles they looked like they needed filled a day later so here we are a week l ask them how much to fill they told me $35 dollars they charged me $40 to get them in first place. what a rip off I think they should have fixed the problem. instead they want to charge for another full set 😢
