The technician, Ricky, was very knowledgeable, courteous and very focused on resolving our problem. As it turned out the problem was with the electrical feed to the AC, not the unit itself. He explained what he determined to be the problem to our electrician and the problem was quickly fixed. I plan to use Cali Breeze for our annual HVAC maintenance review in the future.

They were great. It was during hot summer and they were able to come out, same day! Also were very patient with the condo situation. Richard found the issue accurately and repaired it promptly, courteously, and professionally. Nice and cold again! Stay cool out there! Recommended.
Cali-Breeze came out to fix our AC unit. It had been leaking water and stopped functioning altogether, of course during a heat wave. The tech Ricky was very professional, making sure he covered his shoes before entering and letting me know what he was doing throughout the process. The issue turned out to be the drain needing to be pumped. He also cleaned the coil and moved a wire that had been wrongly wired at installation by a different company.
