You've been warned ! The quality of work and professionalism of this company is very incompetent. We used this company to repair garage door and garage door opener. The installation was not aligned correctly and after approx 5-6 months the garage door began make make loud noises. We called Mr. Calhoun to return and check out the garage. A Calhoun serviceman came out and investigated, he agreed that the garage door was not installed correctly and alignment was off. I needed a full garage door replacement due it being hit by vehicle. My vehicle was also stuck in the garage due to being unable to open the door. By the time I talked to Papa Calhoun, I was distraught due to high prices and time to get repaired. He worked with me, beat all the prices I had been given, and his team got it done next day. They will never know how much of a blessing they were to me as a single mother trying to do it on my own, not knowing how it would get done. The installation of my garage door opener and the service needed after user error was great. The young guys are respectful and kind. The owner is very professional and prompt to answer and return calls. I called and recieved same day maintenance. Would definitely recommend.
Do not waste your time or money with this company. They did a terrible install and then when we called to have them come out to look at their terrible job, they blamed us for it being broken. One of the doors is so bad that it is creased at the top and he wants us to pay him to fix it….unreal These doors were installed only 3 months ago. Terrible people to deal with, all he wants to do is argue with me.
I have been doing business with Calhouns Garage Door Service for over 35 years and have always received the best service! Today, March 2, 2022, I called regarding garage door issues and Derek immediately routed a serviceman to our address regarding the issue. Upon arrival, the service technician was courteous and professional and very attentive to what we thought may be the problem.
