They did absolutely nothing but made a bigger mess lied about needing a $16,000 repair and left with my basement covered in fecies so I got another companies opinion and they fixed my basement for $189 and what CALFO said was the problem ended up needing no repairs. Avoid CALFO they will try to take all your money for something that's not even broke. They almost left my family and I homeless over this
This is how they left my daughters bookshelf. After destroying it. They made zero freaking attempt to do any kind of finish work. Left extremely sharp sheet metal exposed, not to mention and absolutely horrible job... this isn't even rookie work, it's pure ignorance and lazyness.

We had our first meeting with Kevin today. He took the time to understand our concerns and provided explanations for his recommendations. He was very thorough and professional in his assessment. Bonus, he was friendly and warm with the whole family, pets and kids included. Very happy with our experience so far.
The technician misdiagnosed my furnace problem. Turns out it was my gas line. Line was replaced by gas company and furnace repair was canceled. Calfo still charged me a 35% restocking fee despite their misdiagnosis. Will never use them again.
