Knowingly sold me a lemon car which broke down within a few days after purchase.
Tony was great to work with and super flexible. He found a vehicle the banks were willing to finance and he was the only dealership willing to work with me. Unfortunately they overlooked major issues with an otherwise amazing car and his "tech guy's" schedule was not conducive to mine, and they ended up running out the clock on my warranty to avoid covering the costs to fix it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Less than 6 months after purchasing the car, the car needed brakes, not a big deal, go get brakes - bring car to another mechanic to tell me what a noise is - tell me why the mechanic said the vehicle wouldn’t pass inspection due to a rusted and rotted frame? He couldn’t even put it on the lift. The car is unsafe to drive. Who inspected this vehicle? Calef Auto did. They don’t care about your safety, they only care about the sale.
Tony was so patient and flexible. Even though we couldn't make the car I wanted work with my specific situation, he found one that I absolutely adore. He and his team are so kind, helpful, and friendly. My car is amazing and Calef Auto will be my future dealership for sure.
