Month waiting times for everything including people trying to get there health benefits back so I will be changing my primary doctor to someone that actually cares to help also let United Healthcare how this went and showed them other bad reviews
I chose this Dr due to good reviews. I have have not had a good experience based on over a year of using this practice(trying to give the benefit of doubt). The front office staff are not pleasant to start with(they act like you are bothering them). The doctor is not available in a timely manner when you identify your need immediate help. Phone interactions are always unpleasant. I have not been given adequate answers when I “dig” for answers to my heath concerns. He has treated my husband for a lot of years and I feel like he is the best . Listens to us . Is patient . His nurse is great ! And his staff is friendly and sweet . It all means so much to us . We are blessed to have him as my husbands doctor . We have had excellent care from Dr Warren .
I requested Caleb Warren to please refer me to an orthopedic or neurologist because both my arms were so painful that I was having trouble using either one of them. He said that my arms were fine and he’d send me to physical therapy to strengthen them. He obviously has zero knowledge of polio or the after effects of the disease.
