Cale was a great realtor helping us with buying our first condo unit in Esquimalt! A couple of things stood out to me: Knowledgeable - well connected and informed on the market. Was quick to provide PSF analysis on potential units. Dedicated- very responsive to our questions, and would update paperwork or correspondence immediately. Caring- made sure we were informed throughout the process, and was looking out for our best interest in the deal. Cale went above and beyond! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Cale again.
