Had to have my ears repierced after a surgery.went in and Monica did not hurry- she was careful and accurate, very clean and gave good instructions. Their jewelry is beautiful. A "gem" of a place.

Caldwell is THE place to go. Trust is paramount when it comes to buying anything, especially something like an expensive watch or fine jewelry, which is likely to become a family heirloom. I trust no one except Caldwell. They made a piece for me which is gorgeous, they check, clean, and regularly maintain everything I own, and they appraised my pieces for insurance as well. She is often called upon to verify or help other gemologist/appraisers in the area and gives freely of her time and knowledge.
