CalCon failed to notify me that my loan was transferred. I called to verify with them, they neither could find my loan by the loan number, phone number or social security number. Instead the rep said, I am sure it was transferred but I do not have any records, you should make your payment to the lender that notified you.
The end to end mortgage process was easy, the team at CalCon mortgage were true professionals and we closed on the scheduled date without a hitch. Thank you CalCon
