I have a FHA loan and keep receiving letters from CalCon Mutual Mortgage? I am just wondering if this real? The numbers they showed me in the letters are phenomenal! I know that my rates are high and would love to find a bank with lower rates so I can refinance, but how can I trust, are there any locations near Boston to go and discuss in person? Thank You
