They will cheat you. Just purchased a Sorento from them. Online price was $48,765 00 it had 1700 miles on it was marked down. I had trade in and was upside down $680. But on my paper work the charged me 52758.00 by time they add warranty and key bc maintaince, doc fee extra with 2k down and $2500.00 rebate they financed amount was $59965.95. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and salesperson Sal. I contacted them about a 2027 Kia Telluride EX that was clearly advertised online for $39,995. After reaching out and discussing the vehicle, I was later told that the price in the listing was actually for a different trim (the S model) and that the EX would cost several thousand dollars more. Bo Clark, the service manager, provided one of the worst service experiences I have had. I arrived for my scheduled 8:00 AM oil change and was told the wait would be about two hours. That raised an obvious question: what is the purpose of scheduling appointments if customers are still waiting that long? I went to Bo’s office to better understand the process. I guess nobody told the Service Department that CUSTOMER SERVICE is a part of their job, not just servicing the vehicle. I wouldn't go back here even if EVERYTHING they offered was FREE.
