Too much racial drama for me to ever patronize your store again.
What a shame that after everything that has happened you make an apology and then delete it. Several of us commented on the "apology" suggesting tangible steps you could take to correct these decades of mistakes and rather than acknowledge them you ran away. Countless people I know have been racially profiled in your store and I'm more than a little disappointed in how you've chosen to handle this. We are neighbors but I will never step foot in there again.
Why post then take down an apology for mistreating a customer? Too many other stores competing for my business for me to spend $$ at a store that not only mistreats customers but hides the issue. While I love your selections -- especially beer, wine and bakery -- I'll spend my money elsewhere. And, tell my friends to do the same
