RecommendedWe love living here! The staff is friendly and maintenance comes out right away if you need something. It’s a really nice and peaceful family oriented community. We are also super ready to celebrate Christmas in our new neighborhood 😊

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Worse than slum lord Truman Realty in Columbus, GA. The management are lairs and will not fix anything. Management doesn't even answer the phone after 1 PM. When you do go to the office they lie to your face and say maintenance is coming to fix your house and then don't show up. The current manager Stacy said she is not responsible for her maintenance men and they don't have cellphone so she can call them. My air has not been fix since May of this year. DONT MOVE HERE.
This was by far one of the worst mobile home parks that I have lived in they don't like to fix anything and management changed to offten. I air conditioner went out and they would fix it but it never cooled the home and an a few weeks later I had to call someone and they would not come and fix it. I had to go to the office and show my a** to get something done and when it would rain I had water coming in my home by the light switch. Beautiful tomehomes, wonderful split level living, fantastic kitchen with all the appliances! Huge washer that allows you to wash 2 loads at once! The best thing about these apartments is the manager, the office always has stellar communication, really works on creating community with all the wonderful events, and they stay on top of keeping the community clean, and updated!!!!!
So quiet and peaceful. The homes are are spacious and cozy. I love sitting out back watching the dragonflies. Never have had a parking problem ( park in our numbered spot). Now to find part time work and everything will be great!!
