Poor attention from leasing office. Kids smoking weed at recreation spaces. Overprice ! Be aware.
This place is over priced. My A/C broke 8 times in the 8 months I've lived here. The electric bills are through the roof because there is no insulation, the widows are single pane, and the broken A/C constantly runs. You have to walk your trash outside of the gate or put it on your car if you're far from the gate. They also have a termite problem on this property. This was a nice place in 2012-2014. Maintenance staff great, but it has become a place of unsupervised children and the pool is trashy. I hate I renewed. Last year at Calais Park!
