RecommendedI have been a tenant with Bay Property for 2 years now and my experience with them has been great. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. When I have a problem they take of it quickly.
I just rented a house in Soledad from Bay Property Management. The staff was very nice to deal with. I was able to see the house the same day I called and the application process was quick.
This management company is a nightmare for neighbors and owners. They operate a home near one in our neighborhood. Not only did the tenants say the managers don't respond to taking care of house problems but when a new fence was placed between the property and a neighoring yard they refused to pay anything - after knowing about the termite infested fences for years - stating that they didn't help build the fence. If you want the miscommunication and unresponsiveness of a private owner, but in a property management company this is the company for you. The lease will say it’s clean when you move in, but it’s not. The lease will say repairs will be done in a timely manner, but they won’t. You will write letters, but they will not respond. An incredible management company that really cares and is on top of their game. If I need anything done or have any questions carrie and her staff are there in a heartbeat. I encourage you to use them for any property rental no matter what you're looking for they will meet your needs. Kudos to CAL property for being a stellar business I can trust.
