Lakers fan I was referred to Sam Kiasatpour by a colleague after an unsuccessful refinancing with my Credit Union. After $500 and 2 months wasted time I called him. In less than a month I got my refinance done and pulled a little bit of money out for a bathroom remodel and on top of that their rate was better than my Credit Union. Finally got my refi! I struggled for over a year trying to get a refinance, working with three other mortgage brokers and running into various obstacles trying to get the deal I wanted. Finally I gave up on all of them and decided to try CalFed as one last ditch attempt when I saw an ad in the LA Times. Sam found me a deal that I liked, and he and Chris worked hard for me and, despite some more possible obstacles, got the deal pushed through for me in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

We have had the best experiences with Sam and Chris at Cal Fed Mortgage. We were first-time home buyers in June 2012 and Sam made the whole process really smooth for us. I just brought a home few months ago and Cal Fed Mortgage was the best broker made it the best home shopping experience. They were very knowledgeable with the market and the process and help me greatly with my loan, appraisal and other info that I may have not known.
