I always get good service here. Very knowledgeable parts dept as well.
I came in on a very busy Saturday in October 2017 looking for a battery for my Honda ST 1100 and I got great service by longtime employee Corey and a new guy in the parts department plus the owner himself Craig.
No pressure, gave a great tour and explanation of all products I was interested in. Definitely my go to for my next bike
Will never step foot in this place again. Gilbert is a joke and doesn't do anything to help out when you have issues. Seems like he's on the manufactures side and doesn't want to get warranty work done. Have a oil leak on my sxs and he tells them that its ok. Also have some noise coming from the front end and they say its not there. I ended up finding that one of my tie rods are loose. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
