This place is terrible they try to give you the best friend talk and try to tell you they will give you this discount and that all crap. Went in for new tires and 3 months later after driving it only 2000 miles if that there’s wire patches in my rear tire only certain spots.. called to see if maybe they can help with a new tire at a decent price since my front was still literally new and was told it would be a full price they’re not responsible for what I bought.. Got a great deal on my 2017 FZ 07. Second purchase from Cal Coast sure it won't be the last..
Before they adjusted the valves in January, my vstrom never leaked a drop of anything. But it started leaking oil after the service so they graciously took it back and tried again, coincidentally frying the headlight wire connector in the process, so I had to install a relay to bypass the connector. Oh, and they also failed to stop the leak. So they tried again (a three-week process) and only charged me another $250 for the pleasure of gearing up and walking into the garage this morning to find a puddle of oil under the bike... read more
