I've been a CalCARE patient for a while now. The care is superior, actually, The nurses always gel in and out, take my vitals, examine me as needed and treat my legs and whatever else. They called the ambulance when I need to go to the hospital, call my doctor and generally look out for me, Charles Polgaze, LVN and Claire Ascalon,RN, I rely on them and and very grateful for their expert care.

I was referred to Calcare by my father's primary physician a couple of months ago. My father is still under their care. Their nurses are very easy to contact and are meticulous in what they do. My family and I have called their nurse a number of times very early in the morning or late at night, someone always picks up. I can never trust any other company to care for my father. I would highly recommend CalCare.

A patient of mine was followed by CalCare while in a skilled nursing facility awaiting surgery with a very painful condition. Twice during a short stay the nurses failed to give her pain medication because of communication snafus, essentially failure of CalCare to respond in a timely fashion, which I was able to resolve within minutes (maybe seconds) of being advised of the problem by my poor patient who was suffering in pain.
