He made an appoint for his day off. They never showed up or called and never returned his calls trying to find out what happened. Totally unprofessional and inexcusable!! Now I need a new windshield. I found Cal Bay Auto Glass using Google search after the "national" company proved to be horribly expensive and not able to fix the glass for over a week. By comparison, Cal Bay Auto was able to get the car in immediately, and it was ready in <90 minutes. Chris was responsive and pricing was HALF the "national" company I highly recommend using Cal Bay Auto Glass and will absolutely make them my ONLY stop for glass needs. Small businesses are the best.
