Awful service. "Crooks," is the word that comes to mind. Bought a truck, paid for extended warranty, and upon the first rain since I owned the truck, the windshield leaked water all over the wiring in the dash and power mirror. I believe the seal for the windshield is bad, but there was no way for me to know until it rained. I've asked for the windshield to be repaired, but was told I have to pay for the repair. We did not get good advise basically they said buy what ever you want. Now 3 months later we really don't like it and we are $4 - $5000 negative equity and are stuck with it. We really could of used some professional advise at the time of purchase instead of just sitting at the desk saying what ever you want.. I'm really unsatisfied with there service.
