Came to cakes to die for in need of a last minute custom birthday cake. They were able to take my order last minute and completed in 48 hours as promised. Ordering was a little inconvenient. I prefer messenger over email/phone call. But it was possible. I loved the cake, they had it very close to picture of inspiration I forwarded to them. The greatest chocolate chip cookies. On. The. Planet.
Sometimes the food is really good, other times it's horrible. Got some cupcakes and an eclair type desert. The cupcakes were a little dry and tasted like they had been setting out a little too long. The eclair tasted like it was days old. Stale and dry. Couldn't believe they would sell it. It's sad because when the food is fresh it's really good. At the prices they charge there is no reason why the food shouldn't taste fresh.
Run, don’t walk, away!! Ordered a cake for my son’s 21st birthday. It was dry, dense, and tasteless. I could have done a better job with a box cake from the grocery store & I’m not a great baker! Save your money & got to any number of other bakeries in the area. I have tried to make contact twice before posting any review to rectify this & no response. Which isn’t a surprise given the quality of product.
We purchased two slices of peanut butter cheesecake and a salted caramel blondie. They were good, but honestly did not meet my “to die for” expectations.
